Jumping Jacks

Eventually, we uprooted from our old abode and settled into an apartment at the foot of a hill in the Gas Plant near Midwest, Wyoming. It was around this time that my baby brother, Steve, made his entrance into our lives. I was a curious 3-year-old at the time, and one fateful day, with my parents preoccupied, I couldn't resist the allure of my brother's playpen. I clambered in and embarked on a playful trampoline session on his belly. He responded with contagious giggles, but my innocent frolic landed me in hot water when my parents discovered my antics.
